But it's self propelled not dragged, but then again they do need to be dragged as they have trouble going the way you want them to go

Could it be the rollers the 75 has infront of the reel?71 loves eating fairly big rows of grass as long as its not to dry. in lighter crops the pick up tends to flick the grass forward then goes in a lump. does your 75 do that? any ideals how to changed it?is the pick up speed wrong?

Crop press? Only the wide pick up had that,2.2m..Could it be the rollers the 75 has infront of the reel?

Still have our old Whylie Buck rake,came new in 86,it's still got its original tynes but there fairly worn out,hitched it up on our new Duncan cabbed 290 at the time,crap tractor was gutless from day one,I blame my dad for never giving it any shoe.
