Why do people assume bankruptcy? it may be his choice to get out of an industry where making money seems to be frowned upon


When my father got out of cows many years ago we had a farm sale, its was certainly not because he was anywhere close to bankrupt ! He had just had enough of milking cows at the time!

Havin faced similar situation couple of years ago and only gettin thru by skin of teeth. Its no laughin matter when goverment agencies and solicitors and courts get ther hands on you and any1 slanderin ppl in such situations that doesnt have the full story only alota hearsay should shut there mouth and concentrate on there own lives makin sure all there doin is above board and that they dont end up in same handlin cause trust me it can happen really simple and cant be rectified without great difficulty

If gears advertised already it must have been a few weeks since they were declared or even months.

Personally I think some financial houses lend money far to easy as was offered a brand new telehandler a couple of months ago and full amount could be put over 5 years with no deposit at other than one months payment, Very dangerous ground in my opinion.

They'll be ok whatever happens, the only problem to them would be rates and tax changes.
