Our Top Team probably read that report as “The EU will be producing lots of yummy food which they will then sell to us, so let’s buy any saplings and wild bird mix seed they don’t want.”
Yup our leaders and influencers would re wild loads of land and then import more of the food we don’t produce. Joined up thinking has “gone for a walk”. Are those in Westminster really that devoid of common sense. I almost feel like going there into the chamber and telling them to “stop, look around you and the country and deal with the basics”. Infuriating!

Boris is resting while the heat is off him for a bit😂

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
