Considering that there are 195 countries in the world, over 4000 religions and about a thousand genders, can anyone explain how any industry can meet the quotas suggested by the super fair (fake of course) people who say all things must end up equal with everyone represented in all walks of life.

Or we could just recognise everyone as an individual and deal with those who are capable and competent enough to do the job and forget ridiculous quotas.
