Well dealers won't knock much off it, they wanting £102,500 so maybe they sell it for £100k and yes comes with 0% but when add up the extras on mine still with a more expensive finance package mine be cheaper.
Yes I don't mind it been discussed few months ago but didn't want it carried over on here. It's bit like cock blocking.
Not gone on deaf ears. If I ask a question I will take replies on board. But end of day it's my life and I chose the way I want to go.

Had a few ask me about loader but rather sell as one.
Whats "Clock Blocking" is it a poultry thing ????

There you go, you’re comparing your sale with a dealers sale. You’re not a dealer that can take a px or sell something else with the tractor to make a deal, nor can you offer any attractive finance package
The dealers advertised price will be way off what he sells it for so you can only compare a value on that yoke if you knew what the dealer actually sold it for.
The reason that lesser spec tractors are selling is because not many folk would want to be paying £100k+ for a 160hp tractor with a weighing loader that does a dance and guidance and all the other fancy gadgets you bolted onto it as a present to yourself
The interest in this advert has all stemmed from the massive debate that you had when you were lookin to swap it fo an Armatrac, it shouldn’t really be a surprise to you after you’ve already told everybody the ins and outs of your life and business. There’s been lots of sound advice to you on this thread and your other one but I’m afraid it’s fell on deaf ears but like you keep saying “it’s your decision” ......... you just haven’t decided yet ?
On another note, let me know if you want to sell the loader on it’s own and I’ll bid you on it ?
He could accept part ex if he wanted and offer finance package

Yes was £137k new but £140 in today's price as like deers they put price up this year. My dealer Fendt man said not to sell less than 100k as it's got everything on and there are less spec 716 out there with no loader, less warranty, no rtk for more money so I'm finding it hard why it's not selling.
Probably because the man who wants a 160 hour loader tractor doesn’t want to spend 100k, good 2 nd hand teleporters are circa 40-50k leaves 50k for a tractor . You are sadly preaching to the converted already but I wish you luck in your endeavours

But how can it be the price? As surely if im out on the price, then all that im basing it on are the same? If you look on here, think chandlers have a power plus 2018, 716 with 800hrs on, less warranty, no front pto and no loader @ £102,500. So a power plus is lot less spec than a profi plus with the smaller screen, less in cab stuff etc. So when mine is top range with just a few more hours on with at least £15k extra stuff on, then to me my offer of £100k is cheap!

If google Fendt 716 profi plus, all around my mark, with lot less to offer. So this why i think its worth 100k and especially with only doing 1190 hrs to date, cant have lost £37k in 22 months?

But as said, if dont sell, will keep. Will just keep adverting until the day arrives, if ever.
Its ok quoting the tractor that a dealer has in stock but and them wanting 102.5k for it but if it is advertised it is still there, they can ask what they want for it but it doesn't mean that they will sell it for that and as said they will take a px,have you thought of taking a px ? also i would be dissapointed if I went to Chandlers and could only get 2.5k knocked off for a no px deal! I'd be coming home without it

Anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it!
To add to that a good salesman would tell you that your first loss is your best.

You always try and knock 10% off, for example the one at the dealers at £102k I would offer £90k, may not be enough but I think if you went with £95 as a cash buyer they would sell.

Absoloutley that £102k has some margin built in to enable them to inflate the value of your trade in and all the other services only a franchised main dealer can offer.

General rule on depreciation 25% year one 10% thereafter . So 137k new 102.75k after yr one 92.475k yr 2 painful but that's how dealers read figures
