Good service

I spoke to a very helpful / knowledgeable chap on the phone and ordered a headstock for my jcb last week. The headstock was delivered today as promised and for the price I paid the quality and specification far exceed my expectations.

I've no connection with the company just find this sort of service fairly rare and think it deserves a mention.

I think its quite rare to find a bad company to deal with these days is it not ?
I was thinking that as I wrote the above, in fact I can't think of the last time I had bad service from a company so perhaps it is unfair singling anyone out. All our local suppliers are as helpful as can be.
The only duff company I dealt with in the last year was an ebay business selling spare digger keys, and I sent them £10 and never received the keys. :)

Think this worth a mention.
Had a slight issue with a product I bought from Mcveigh Parker Lancs branch,
We contacted them regarding our concerns and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Craig has gone above and beyond my expectations.. Everybody experiences problems, it's how they deal with it that counts..
