Hi would anybody have user manual that they could email me for a tier 2 mf7480. Looking at purchasing one but its opposite end of country and would like to know more about controls before going to view to see if suitable, for example if there rear lift button nearer front than presumably draft sensitivity and limits I presume further back next to PTO settings. Thanks.

Is there dial on armrest or Infront of driver for rear lift up and down, I've seen the rotary dials further back but look at bit further back than easily fall to hand. I've taken a lot from this thread how forward speed is controlled, thanks.

There is a dial on the side of the armrest for depth
Also a rocker switch for up/down
On side consol is draugh/max height and speed of drop

That's what I was hoping. Is it possible to get PTO running more than speed selected as baler seems to run better nearer 700 rpm. What does foot control do when forward speed is on stick or shuttle?

David, can i do the calibration on the Dot Matrix screen and the arrows on the steering or must i use the Datatronic 3 screen ?
Today i played with the engine superivisor in combination with the snowblower/pto, i learned how to use the engine supervisor when i use the snowblower in mutch and hard snow and it is very heavy, turned it down to zero and the power shift/went from the transmision to the pto and the pto rpm rised quickly, that way i not needed to use SV button with low speed/km where it was very mutch snow....just turn down the superivisor % and the pto rpm rise, exelent function (y)
Hope you understood my Norwegian/English mix )):)
Still mutch to learn, but i start to understand the local dealer that says "i mean the 7400 series is the best MF", i love this tractor more and more no that i learn to use it.

Belive me...maybe you will hate it the first two weeks if you not have had your own VT before, but after some time you will love it.
Read everything in this thread and you will learn alot of the most important.

I suppose its possible the supervisor dial doesn't work but i think I've explained a way to check earlier on this thread

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
