New tractors - Are they all dull to drive?

Just taken delivery of a new JD6155m, don’t get me wrong it’s a nice tractor but when compared to the previous 6630 it’s a bit dull to drive. I know they are not allowed to smoke when worked hard (which is quite right) but the engine has no bark to it at all in fact you can hardly hear what it’s doing and you only know it’s working hard when you look at the screen and it shows the revs are dropping.
When driving the old 6630 I very often opened the side window to hear the lovely bark of the engine!
Are all new tractors the same?

Yeah dull as dishwater !!!

Give me a 20 series all day long now they're went well and sounded good

I liked my 6930s as they were the first autopowers we had but the last 2 6920's I had could pull we've had nowt new since that's halfway impressive!!!

My maxxum is a nice tractor really smooth and quiet but i know what u mean. My 08 reg 6480 is different, pulls well and has a lovely exaust note, puts a smile on your face type tractor. So much so the wife has claimed it as hers.

Totally agree. We have 3 case pumas cvx and they are great tractors but really dull to drive. I take the 6910 out of choice 💪

Just wait a while until the engines bedded in and the head gasket let's off that popular popping noise and the pistons and cylinders need replacing just like one I know has just done!

The noise of the chair creaking as you sit down to open the bill will be earth shattering and definitely not boring 🤣😉
