Night lambers wage 2021

Hi I am new here just trying to find out the answer to the following question, i do see it has been asked in previous years but I can't see it in the last 2.
I am an experienced shepherd, due to do 3 weeks night lambing, 12 hr shifts on my own, down south, marking up, penning up, hay feeding, water, moving to bigger pens, wet fostering, happy to skin on etc, dealing with pet lambs (100 plus expected) meds etc. Approx 400 commercial ewes. Its down south if it makes a difference.
Accommodation supplied and the odd meal but mostly self catering.
What would people feel is an appropriate wage and what would people be willing to pay please?

400 ewes 21 days lambing half will lamb during the day so 10 a night to lamb on average @ £180 a night so £18 a ewe .....your right fudge that
Do recon it’s a fair rate to be honest certainly won’t get anyone much use for less but had to make out a balanced argument

No carnage by morning, this is my fourth year here but feel I am not being paid enough, I also start the flat packing of pens towards the end of lambing so on a quiet night I reduce the need for staff during the day, I don't like to sit idle.

Find somewhere else if your that good and being left to do everything, I appreciate things are quieter at night so you get more marking etc jobs done but there’s no I in team

If your self-employed you should be setting your own rates! As @tepapa said £11 is too low for a dayshift if your decision making calibre.

Night shift with very good experience I’m guessing 14-15? I’ve never had anyone night lambing as only triplets and singles inside and I lose less than 1 per night so wouldn’t justify one
