Night lambers wage 2021

Hi I am new here just trying to find out the answer to the following question, i do see it has been asked in previous years but I can't see it in the last 2.
I am an experienced shepherd, due to do 3 weeks night lambing, 12 hr shifts on my own, down south, marking up, penning up, hay feeding, water, moving to bigger pens, wet fostering, happy to skin on etc, dealing with pet lambs (100 plus expected) meds etc. Approx 400 commercial ewes. Its down south if it makes a difference.
Accommodation supplied and the odd meal but mostly self catering.
What would people feel is an appropriate wage and what would people be willing to pay please?

100 pet lambs expected out of 400 commercials ewes!?!?
The scan must be c.220%?

I'd say £15 if you're experienced and the farmer can come back to the shed each morning without expecting carnage.

£15 if you guarantee no pets by the end of lambing 👍🏻😂
Would be knocking a lot on the head and I can't do anything about pets they gain during the day. 😂

I’d offer you £10 and charge you £15

Scan at 207% and no one wet fosters or skins during the day
No carnage by morning, this is my fourth year here but feel I am not being paid enough, I also start the flat packing of pens towards the end of lambing so on a quiet night I reduce the need for staff during the day, I don't like to sit idle.

Sounds like you could do with training up the day shift
