Save your money and cut it direct.
It works for me. Only spray if particularly weedy. Here in the south east the seed often gets too dry to harvest and direct cutting helps keep the moisture up slightly. How much is the desiccation pass going to cost this year?Is this reliable..... asking for a friend
Does the agronomist have podstick to sell? That is ridiculous I’m afraidAgronomist is saying put podstick on now (still 60%green) to minimise losses . Then podstick againbefore desiccation. Cannot think going through it three times is going to minimise losses to be honest. Prefer to podstick and desiccate in one pass when time comes.
Makes you wonder if he needs extra commission for his shiny vehicles!Does the agronomist have podstick to sell? That is ridiculous I’m afraid
But is it? Rapes worth more than its ever been so for the sake of a few quid an acre why not glue it right up?Does the agronomist have podstick to sell? That is ridiculous I’m afraid
I can see the logic in podsticking prior to glypho if you have a tractor sprayer and a big cropBut is it? Rapes worth more than its ever been so for the sake of a few quid an acre why not glue it right up?
Depends if you've got bags of patience. Is this reliable..... asking for a friend
How much patience you got?If it’s clean (no weeds) and most crops I’ve see are, why bother, just wait and cut when ready.
As for pod stick
