Haybob 360 kverneland hs360 vicon kuhn | eBay
Think it's a 2008 version. One tyre perished but holds air. All tines present.

Dad says every year that our kuhn 4 rotor tedder is one of the best things he has ever bought. He was tedding a 14 acre field with a haybob and a neighbour pulled into much bigger field just over the fence. They finished before he did with the haybob he went and bought one pretty soon after if not the next day. That was in 2002 or 03.Yeah I remember growing up dad keeping two, and always making one good one out the pair. Then he bought a brand new sitrex 300 in 2003 which has never been a problem.
Adapted an old wood chisel into a tool for putting tine springs on.
As I have said on the haymaking thread. We are using our contractors Claas Volto 770 this year, and probably end up buying either our own Volto or the Krone equivalent for next season.
Only cause he didn't buy a six rotorDad says every year that our kuhn 4 rotor tedder is one of the best things he has ever bought. How do you mean? Removing wheels from axle or wheel assembly from rotor?Any hints for removing wheels?
Got them so far thanks to utube, now cant shift them at all
How do you adjust the wheels up and down and when do you do it.
Looks tidy but the back gate is missing.Plenty money for it too.Haybob 360 kverneland hs360 vicon kuhn | eBay

Done a 14 acre field for hay, (baled and carted today). and it was great having the Class tedder. Going to mow a 16 acre one tomorrow morning, it's nice to know that tedding it will take a fraction of the time it used to.Dad says every year that our kuhn 4 rotor tedder is one of the best things he has ever bought. They are yes. Wait till bearings collapse and it drops offWheels from axle

Assuming its the wider wheels then take the tyre and tube of and get a short length of timber and a sledge hammer and use against the inside of the rimWheels from axle

Yes, did that
They do stick abit right at the end of the shaft, tap the inside of the rim with a piece of wood and turn the wheel at the same time . Grease it well for next timeYes, did that
But wont come right off
I must have removed dozens off haybob wheels over the years to fix punctures, i have never had this trouble before. They do stick abit right at the end of the shaft, tap the inside of the rim with a piece of wood and turn the wheel at the same time . Grease it well for next time

Saw this and thought someone's having a laugh, that'll never work. Tried it this morning and have to admit it worked. Needed to tap the back of the rim to get the inside bearing of the shaft. Then just had to put a new tube in those evil little tyres.
Had that happen a couple of timesSaw this one on the roadside this morning. Guessing there's a 16 yrold with two beacons doing 50 k somewhere with a headstock and half a ptoView attachment 1049437
My cousin had ground either side of town and was going up the high street with a krone mower folded up. Headstock let go and it landed in between two parked cars without marking eitherHad that happen a couple of times
I know a 'well known straw contractor' in these parts who had it happen in the dark.......
.........didn't realise 'til he saw his tractor the next morning. Then had to go hunting his haybob
