Red tractor Sai global

I'm not struggling with it at all, I understand completely why you don't like it. The bit you don't get is the customer is always right.
You could test that by all getting together and not renewing RT. Not going to happen though is it because there will always be farmers who will do it to get a sale.
Your enemy isn't RT it's the farmers you compete with.
The big boys will keep signing up while being outraged about it to anyone who asks. They do it because it keeps the little guy who doesn't want to comply out.
Just the way business is.

Well I'm Red Tractors customer and they are not right. And furthermore my customer doesn't pay me.

Red Tractor will topple eventually, you can only lie to people for so long

Partly right.
The customer, and by that I mean the consumer, doesn’t care about red tractor and mostly hasn’t even heard of it.

The rest of it I can agree with.
Only to add; Don’t expect the situation where unassured is making as much as assured to continue for long, and don’t expect to be able to have the choice of selling through a mart or deadweight to continue either.
The noose is tightening.

Given I’m a farmer in England currently feeling like a Turkey 2 weeks before Christmas I took a look at online jobs, nothing in particular just jobs available and after afew pages a job for people with a background in agricultural came up , sooo I took a look , Sai global - red tractor ( good old red tractor ) we all have faith in …. Well turns out you can read reviews from people who work or have worked for them… and it’s not good… the main subject seems to be a complete lack of management at every level , feel free to follow the link it makes for good sport. All this after hearing on bbc podcast last week that the red tractor logo was known by 1 in every 2 people in the uk ??? I doubt that very much quoting it was more popular than kfc ?? Really ?? Anyways here’s a link to Sai global workers reviews …. It’s not great reading for them

@Grass And Grain take some screen shots of the feedback, before the powers that be insist there removed!

I dont agree , if the processors pay a premium or shut the door , for assured they will be short of work , throughput is what makes them tick , its why they use imported grain / lamb .not assurance . The cartel might want total control , but they dropped the ball using RT with its endless unimportant / dual rules ,
