The price of fert figured in scottish land court rent case a dozen years ago when p and k was through the roof.
The landlords agent crapped on for hours about the need for fertiliser.
The moronic judge allowed the time wasting too

Even the L L agents said the rent was there or thereabouts.

on aha here and had no musings from agent over rent issues which usually means they couldn't justify an increase if they tried . someone will have to address the rent issue in the next couple of years if they don't i will and as things stand it will have to be reduced
