Something terrible has happened to my bag of sand:(. Delivery driver HIAB's it off the lorry and places it behind the wagon:unsure:. Then reverses over it at high speed when he turned round to leave the yard. To be fair, the bag of sand fought back valiantly, and ripped the rear mudguard clean off the lorry.

😲

Clearly it's not fit for purpose now since it got dirty during delivery so I expect they'll have to twist your arm to keep it with a 50% refund?

Bulk blower has been in the yard since 11am. Got two bins filled, before the donkey engine packed up. Two products stayed on the lorry - the ones we *really* needed today - while the mechanic valiantly tried to get it running again.

They both have up and left at 4pm, leaving us to enact our contingency plan of feeding gilt nuts to 800 odd grower pigs, by hand, in straw yards, in the dark, after a typically physical Monday (i.e. effin hard work anyway).

Still, it's done now. Hopefully the pigs appreciate it. Can't hear any squealing...

Found an old adjustable spanner a few months ago in a crawler that I sold. Dad was happy as it had been missing for 30 years, so it got hung up in the workshop, 'back in its old place'.

4 days later our alarm goes off in the middle of the night, went out to discover a couple of undesirables legging it out of the yard.

The ONLY thing the got away with was this adjustable spanner!!!!

Chainsaws, hedgecutter, strimmers, cordless tools, quad bikes all not touched!

Snapped a bootlace this morning ,what a bugger

Maybe you could get a second hand one on e bay?
Lucky the SFP is due any time to cushion the financial impact. We had a similar thing yesterday, blowout on the wheelbarrow while taking a corner too fast fully loaded! Luckily ATS have found me a part worn replacement but unless they can find a used one the tube may have to be new. At least there will be no income tax to pay next year!

Old david brown 1210 has dropped a valve milling, 15 billion hours on the clock and I think she's had enough.
Its been towed to the back field and left there for now until I decide what to do with her, poor old lass.
Can't imagine the farm without a brown so iv got a 990 in the pipeline.

Should you decide that you don’t want to tackle her, would you let me know, I may be interested in a project...👍
