UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

RICS and the SRA were always going to protect (cover up for?) their members, but it rather seems that they too had fallen for the facade and now, years, possibly decades ,too late they have got a bit of a wobble on.It would appear that their failure to recognise these problems sooner could have huge ramifications for those seeking insurance in this sector in the future, although, I have no doubt the insurers will sort out the criminal from the negligent..

how very strange, UKAF effectively ceased trading years ago, apart from 'winding up the loan book' so why has this article been written now, unless its being placed into admin/liquidation by Dunadd

Also, first time Gleek has ever surfaced?

No idea sorry, and have not kept up with this thread for a long time now, it came up in my news feed, so thought it may be of interest

Does Gleek really care about the farmers,I think not.He appears to be a director in Plas ty Coch Ltd and Plas Brereton Ltd,what's this, the scraps from the table.
Perhaps Gleek should be sat down with the daughter of the former owner of Ty Coch and Brereton and hear how Phillips 'looked after' a man he claimed to be his friend.

Don't think you will be getting a statement from Des since didn't the now aknowledged dishonest Solicitor describe him as a partner/client of many years standing. How times have changed in two months, no gloating from them now that's for sure.

Hi @mo!,Struggling a bit with that,is it all one long line?
Or if anybody else succeeds let me know,I'm curious now(y)
The fact that both quotes refer to the striking off of dishonest solicitor makes me think this is where your interest lies?
