Preparing for the next phase...................is that bank speak for facing their armageddon:eek::eek:

Certainly didn't think Bester was up to facing the sh!t,I think he was already rather smelly:whistle:
Is Adrian White being brought in to cover up BSU's past doings, as its not exactly bringing in a new broom to sweep clean, an appointment that does not give the Lloyds /Burd's victims much confidence

I hear there is a tin shed possession hearing next month, to be followed by Toad eviction along with those toad companies left using it as their registered address, and that will include UK Acorn Finance out on their ear.
Worse, creditor now knocking on the door of the personal guarantor and statutory demands issued for the unpaid debts.
Those PG's drop VP the younger right in the dung - am I missing something here, or who on earth would get their children to front & sign up for loans with personal guarantee liabilities that they couldnt repay?

I would imagine that VP is as aware of his fathers business and track record as is KP ,his sister.and seemingly being chips off the old block are perfectly aware of what they have done to assist him,and have no doubt been suitably rewarded. We must be careful that we don't view them as victims of their father, rather than co conspirators which I believe they are.

But I still don't understand where all of the money went.
£100's of £1000's of fees in my case, and in many others not to mention the huge secret commissions, no need for him to be in this state at all.
All offshore I bet.
We will soon hear he is living in luxury somewhere out of UK.

Of course Des and friends were in good company with their lending practices.
Below is the case that RBS have just bought themselves out of in a mortgage mis selling case with US regulators
Cost them $5.5bn (£4.2bn) in settlement

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
