UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

Whether Andrew Bailey manages to link more strands of the spiders web will no doubt hinge on the political will, but what we do know is that Lloyds were very closely linked to the UK Group of companies, primarily by ex employees. But there are also much more subtle links that demonstrate immorality on a grand scale, and whilst being immoral is not a crime it can be if you are taking reward.

whats all this about an 'agricultural lease' magically bolting out of the Walrow stable door? Is it a fbt with a 12 month notice to quit by chance
Sounds like a ploy Des has advocated to his unfortunate clients in the past to thwart repossession by his friendly lenders.
Strangely it did not work for said clients in the county courts, be interesting to see if it works for Des now.
It might be that Lendy were naïve enough to lend money to Des on a property that did have a valid tenancy on it. If that is the case I am sure that their investors will be up in arms about that particular lack of due diligence on Lendy's part. Somehow I doubt if that is true, and if a valid lease did exist it was not disclosed to Lendy.
We all know about the capacity at Acorn House to stretch the truth when it comes to filling out forms. Why would it be any different when doing it for Des.

Give them their due, they're consistent.Consistently sticking two fingers up to anybody who cares to cross them ,stand in their way,or,god forbid, ask for their money back.
But at least ,with all the scrutiny now on them, this must hasten the authorities to take action to finally curtail all their business activities.

LPA advises purchase agreed subject to vacant possession. Possession hearing set for 25th August. Letters issued to personal guarantor; statutory demands will be issued shortly.

Going in the right direction but I'm struggling to find the tenancy details for Walrow, any ideas out there?

Tenancy details probably hidden where it was conceived, under a bowler hat!

Some 12 months ago before "the shed" loan was due it was stated the property would be sold to repay the loan, however Toad was described as a Finance Broker with good lender contacts if repayment was needed through refinance. Then later when the loan was due he was offering to repay in full "as advised by his solicitor". Now after all of that plus the usual Toad manouvering it has progressed to "looking to proceed with bankruptcy against P.G.".

This whole subject matter demonstrates in part his totally corrupted business ethos and practices, but what they now propose or threaten is a route he has traveled before but did not stop his pillaging activities one iota, no doubt it would just be viewed by him as another financial sink hole he created on the road he travels. Furthermore with this proposal coming before disposal of the assets, what further confirmation is required to conclude the intent by him to deceive the lender in the first place. This a common practice.

As he is still canvassing for business and touting a substantial credit line, why not settle this matter through that funding source Toad, or is that credit line just the usual b-ll s--t in an attempt to entrap others and grease the financial carousel?
