We have finally got a positive response from A & S to our provable fraud they have referred to their investigation department don’t hold your breath
They were still singing from the same old hymn sheet a few weeks ago and with the client/partner relationship a factor, will they have reason to change their opinions? Too much at stake to do so, therefore as you say don't hold your breath.
 
Because, until they find that Phillips and co have got a stash in some overseas entity,they won't bother.Its all about the money and as it appears at the moment Phillips hasn't got a pot to p!ss in.
The FCA are no doubt unable to justify pursuing crooks who abuse the financial system,despite their name,and the victims............well they'll just be offered victim counselling.
 
Furthermore, the family says their dealings with Scourfield pushed them into ever-more expensive banking arrangements that eventually bankrupted them.
