Cruelest bank scandal of all ......Mail on Sunday double page spread
The cruelest is to take the banks through the courts only to find the judiciary are part of the bank payrole.

You are right, it seems no appetite for investigating let alone prosecuting fraud. What a contrast to allegations of sexual misconduct where it seems that complaints no matter how old or difficult to prove are readily accepted for investigation.Well we cannot go to a appeal thats all sewn up. So now its all down to the SFO and FCA. Not bad the court deciding we have no loan contract yet the 30k they gave us will cost use 190k. And they call that justice. Its a pity no one is interested in fraud any more.
Were you told they were not regulated before you took out the loan, if not isn't that a form of misrepresentation. Though i suppose its a bit late to raise that now.
Good luck, just hope it ends up with Zephyr, the Regional Organised Crime Unit, and possibly you and your MP might request this.100 pages of evidence posted to A & S today se what excuses not to investigate they come up with now
Well m'lud it wasn't just me ,everybody was at it.Seems they were too,no wonder Lloyds are so desperate to keep the lid on this.Perhaps the time has come for Government to step in ,sort it out once and for all, instead of letting it fester,.Otherwise it'll just end up as one massive gravy train for the legal profession at the expense of the shareholders.Good follow up from Ruth Sunderland article in today’s Sunday Mail over welmed by emails she’s recied this week on another note Scottish police opening a investigation in to RBS
