Give @james ds a pm he is on first name terms with the MD & can tell you what shoe size he isI think and hope dealer is trying to solve the problem so not exactly to complain about the dealer. That said the dealer refuses to give us contact details.
bloody frustrating Agco aren’t answering the phone on the main number and social media think I’ll go away if they ignore me !
Thanks to a very helpful chap on here who pm’d me I’ve asked to speak to a name which seems to have woken them up.
Tractor keeps losing power. I would say in the past three months it’s been on farm working for about a fortnight. Been back to dealer twice now needs to go again. What’s up?
Thank you very much I appreciate that.Give @james ds a pm he is on first name terms with the MD & can tell you what shoe size he is

I’ve got to be fair we’ve had good service from the dealer and always receive a replacement tractor whilst ours is away so I’m not running the dealer down or Valtra for that. It’s just hugely frustrating that I now have a tractor I can’t trust and the dealer refuses to give me a number to contact Valtra and when I eventually managed to make contact through Facebook they refuse to give me the area mans number and he doesn’t bother to contact me as promised.
In fact they have the audacity to tell me how busy he is !!
I’m bloody busy as well only I’ve got a £100,000 tractor which is sat in the yard out of action.
They say they’re talking to Valtra. You haven't had good service from the dealer because they cant fix it.
If they're having problems diagnosing the fault they should be talking to Valtra themselves for technical support. Perhaps they're scared of looking silly?
Can you use another dealer?
Which model is it and how many hours have you on it.I’ve got to be fair we’ve had good service from the dealer and always receive a replacement tractor whilst ours is away so I’m not running the dealer down or Valtra for that. One of them knows all about it !The few Valtra dealers I know Bowness, Henderson and Johnston I would be inclined to ring them and tell them the crack.
