There is a meeting in Brecon market tomorrow evening at 7pm to hear about the new scheme. I suspect there will be much more on the agenda. Is it time to fuel the tractors and prepare a good supply of sandwiches before heading to the capital?

Lost me at Independence for Wales but full of invective against the Senedd and support for Welsh agriculture
