Same here but the red version(maxxum 130mc) on a 62 plate, it's a hell of a tractor!!!! Really pokey. They making it 6 pot now?
I have a 13 plate 4 pot T6 160 and love it. Loads of poke, small, nimble and light. The only thing is the lift capacity is right on the edge for my weaving drill.
I couldn't believe that such popular tractors such as the T6 range and the 6030 etc before them have such a fundamental design problem. Nearly impossible to adjust the linkage height turnbuckles due to the pick up hitch lift rods being in the way. Made for hitching up a mower that wasn't taken off properly, a really difficult job.
The short linkage travel is pretty pathetic to if you screw it so the arms are nearly on the floor you don’t get much height for lifting a plow and turning it so they need to be set high and you still need to faff on unpinning them and moving them higher to avoid PTO shafts on spreaders ect my Valtra arms have twice the travel but need a different longer pto shaft for the power harrowWe lower the arms and set them no problem, but agree if you got yourself in a mess and had to do it with linkage raised then it's very difficult.
Our mf 5465 has the same problem but the hitch lift rods are held on with a pin and lynch pin so just take it out and take lift rod out of the way, simplesI couldn't believe that such popular tractors such as the T6 range and the 6030 etc before them have such a fundamental design problem. In 8 years I have never tried or needed to move them!I couldn't believe that such popular tractors such as the T6 range and the 6030 etc before them have such a fundamental design problem. I wish I could say the same..over 40 years I've had to adjust the dam things. Anything trailed with a PTO, adjust the linkage arms to get the max height ,as to not foul the PTO shaft when turning. Next time, need lengthening to pick up an implement. Fit a mower and the right hand arm usually needs to be higher or the mower won't lift to clear the mown swaths on the headland. John Deere can be adjusted no probs on the 6000 series.. Massey 6400 series doable. But the New Holland's T6, must have been designed by Stevie WonderIn 8 years I have never tried or needed to move them!

Drop your mower bed on a couple of decent blocks and you will have no problemI couldn't believe that such popular tractors such as the T6 range and the 6030 etc before them have such a fundamental design problem.
