Stick a protractor on that and you are no more than 25 degrees I would say You can barely walk up a 45 deg slope. It would be the same as driving along my silage pit earth bank
I've driven forestry kit on steep slopes, you are only as good as the ground conditions.

Does it really need to be topped? How is the fencing? Could you pen some livestock in the field until they eat/damage it to a sufficient degree. Then possibly follow up with a quad mounted boom sprayer. Cheapo ones will cost sub £200.
Get on top of the weeds and the seasonal topping conundrum becomes redundant.

Spraying with quads is fraught, I had the scariest incident spraying some ground that we regularly shepherded with a quad, the weight of the spray tank on the back completely altered the handling. I've tipped quads over before and so has my lad but a mega end over end had me thinking I was a gonner , Saw the sky first , then it all went black when the quad dropped on me from above , frightening ! That bloody thing bounced end over end down the hillside ,I thought it wouldn't stop till it went in the river, I rolled down after it and went in and out of consciousness for a while, lucky to get away with cracked ribs and lots of bad bruising, and this was on ground we regularly topped with a tractor and bomford topper. Don't do it !
