No pilots for a period. Is that what they paid for?They market what they sell, it is written on the tin, Low cost, No frills, Non refundable. A great number of their customers would appear to be idiots, once they have paid for the Low cost, No frills, Non refundable seat they only want the Low cost portion, conveniently forgetting the No frills, Non refundable part, (which is why it is low cost).
I would certainly have to question their intelligence and also their ability to read. What part of No Frills, Non refundable do customers not understand?
