I use hypo as well, some of the biological potions we try are absolutely horrible to get out.

I left a bit of dilute seaweed/fish hydrolysate/ fine lime in the tank and it grew in the lines and nozzle head

looked just like @Chae1's picture.
Hot hypochlorite made it cleaner than I've ever seen it before

The fact none of the filters are affected makes me wonder if this has grown in lines!

Maybe it has? I do know that old glypho does form a scum if left, because it completely stuffed the pump in my little garden-edges sprayer. Would be interesting to see the diaphragms in your pump
