All clear isn’t a tank cleaner, it just shuts down als the best tank cleaner is probably glyphosate really, I’d be tempted to just purge the lines and take out any inline boom filters and nozzles and just sectionally flush the booms a few times. Probably say it’s your adjuvant causing the stringy nonsense.

Right, finally got back to it today. Emptied chemical in tank into ibc. Flushed 600l of water through boom ends and nozzle holders. Took all nozzles off and blew out with airline till clear. Ran another 200l clean water through nozzles. Sucked chemical back out of ibc with filter on end of pipe. Went back and finished spraying with no further issues.

I'm annoyed the filters didn't pick up hardly any of gunk. Ive a suction filter and inline filters for each section. These were spotless. Small amount in suction filter. Perhaps individual filters before nozzles would help but I detest these.

Guess lesson learnt is to completely empty tank and flush clean water through spray lines and nozzles everytime I'm finished with glyphosate. Always do it with fungicides, trace elements.

Hyplochloride acid ( probably spelt wrong) as they use in the dairy is what we used after a dirty mix which left sprayer coated inside tank and lines etc. Picture In tank after cleaning now use the same stuff for filters and nozzles just soak in a bucket

20 ltrs in tank and agitate then I actually power washed tank out but it lifted it all off no bother was quite impressed so I think we will do ours more regular now allclear etc just neutralises.
Was there a lot on it? Seems to be mainly pendimethlin and trace elements that goes hard on edge of mine. Despite putting clean water through it every night when finished.
