I'd not penalise anyone based on race, that's my point

But you are - you’re denying medicine the ability to prioritise based on a major risk factor, and in the process penalising BAME people from getting the vaccine based on that risk factor, just because you don’t like the fact that some of them (rightly or wrongly) have voiced dissent about a completely unrelated matter.

If race doesn't come into it, people should not be vaccinated based on their race.
Hence my origional point.
It isn't how they are sorting it! They are going off the most at risk, if thay was those with ginger hair or blue eyes it would be them to get it first!

I believe all races should be treated the same, and will do exactly that.
I take it you disagree.

I do too, but I also believe that medical professionals should be able to take all risk factors into account in deciding medical treatment - age, gender, hair colour, ethnicity and eye colour being only some of those.

That's your call, I prefer not to make decisions based on people's skin colour.

Well I hope you’re not a doctor then, because you wouldn’t be a very good one if that’s your way of working.

Do you have cattle, and would you take special care of white skinned ones around plants that cause photosentisation?

Poor comparison
Why compare people to an animal that we kill and eat.

Plus cattle aren't bothered if treat them according to colour, people tend to get annoyed if you treat them like cattle.

I was trying to find an aspect of medicine that you might have understood.

No, now you're just being contrary. The correct medical treatment is the correct treatment regardless of skin, eye or hair colour, but may be affected by those same factors. Some diseases affect people with certain physical characteristics more than those without them and any competent medical professional will take all factors into account when deciding treatment.

I tend to cull animals that are likely to give bother.
I treat cattle and people differently.
I treat all races of people equally.
