I've had a discovery since I think '09. Great little machine. I'm entirely on slats though. Mind you, I do use one side of my old 12 herringbone as an exit passage from a robot, and the discovery does a good job of keeping it clean 4x/day. Back then it was 10k, and a nice sweetner was a 40% grant on farm mechanisation products up to a gross cost of - yes, £10k.

Still going strong. Eats four blades a year, and I've put a couple of not very cheap gel batteries in it. A pair of wheel bearings and drive chains. Everything is realistically replaceable.
