when we finished, there will have 4 30m^3 mixers, 6 16m^3 feed vehicles. This farm can supply 15k cows each year. I know it’s a totally commercial farm without any family emotion. But my client also has many years experience about farm. So we build this center for his ‘empire’.

Hello~~~My friends.
Today in my client‘s operator room, in there my client use the recipe previously settled for his buddies, then he started drinking his cup of tea! He use many kinds ingredients, like forage 70%, green fodder 20%, additive that I really don't the name 10%. Water, today he prepared to mix 4,400 Kg TMR, accounts for 800 Kg finally.

Cowsheds are 200 meters long, aisle is 3-5 meters wide. Meter, not inch. As you can see, my client use the sunken feeding road, we have talked about this many times, because he want to use a feed pusher. As we can see, the robot can‘t do his job at this situation.
He feed 2 times everyday, 5am, 5pm, really early work in the morning.

Whereabouts in china?
Are there any jobs for English farmers available?
Actually, there are many English farmers or workers in China. Most of them provide products or service for Chinese farm and enterprise, like medicine, fertilizer, frozen semen, which you country‘s great but we cannot made. If you want to work in here, I'm not recommend it strongly, cause salary is average low, you can do it for company not private farm.

Where is your aimed market for produce?
Do they see Europe as a market to fill?
What do you think of uk farming situation, how are we seen?
Thank you in advance, but don,t worry if you don,t have time

Frankly, my friend. All workers work for other people in China, like farming, planting. They dont have much salary compare to those work in big city even those washing dishes for restaurant. But near their home, its enough, cause that is not their only earning source. For our prices, I think it’s not high enough to be rich, but not underpaid. Workforce I think it has in the wolrd everywhere.... All in all, workers in everywhere I think they are great, simple and honest.

Take my client‘s farm as example, feeding time is 5am in the morning, so 2 guys need get up before 5am to finish 1000cows' feeding job, after that, they will get a long rest. Like 10am? they will check&fix&do the farm stuff.Their salary almost ¥5,000-8,000, £500-900, meal and rest can be settled.

My client has 2 vet, one major one inqualified worker, they need get to work 9am but need 24hrs stay at the farm.Their salary almost ¥10,000-12,000, £1,000-1300.
Its a quite good pay for the man who learn animal subject to start, since people who learn finance/law/computer science also have a equal level
Today‘s cow price in China : ¥12/kg £1.27 ,milk price : ¥4/kg £0.42
So I think it's kind normal? milk price is really bad though...

It's good to work with them.
They teach me alot about farm haha, like driving front loader vehicle. I never do this before.
Chasing the cows, let them drink water, feed them. People are simple, capital is not.
My market is not clearly aimed, cause I sell most of my machine in China. In other words, I'd love to see a different world that can give a different response, maybe good maynot. It's interesting.
Our farming produce price is little high, so cannot fill Europe market.
I think uk farming Europe farming is good enough to aviod lose suddenly, land is private, it really matters. That makes you invincible.

Your politicians know the consequences of a hungry population and plan accordingly. Our could do with a lengthy dose of personal hunger to focus their minds on feeding the nation from our own resources rather than importing food.

All in all, people are too much to consider what politicians think and when matters come, we face it by ourselves provably😂
