Of topic but everytime i see ur avatar i want sour cream and onion pringlesIf you paid the owner of the New Holland £120 a day, then offer the owner of the Claas £420 then you have at least paid a contribution.
Doesn't seem to be a lot cheaper atm does it.If I can do it myself cheaper with a tractor then I’m happy to do so .
Oh, excellent sarcasm sir!Doesn't seem to be a lot cheaper atm does it.
If they left it there for 4 days they must have expected him to use it, what’s the difference in doing 10 loads 4 miles away or 1 load 40 miles away.I’d ring them and offer to pay half of the bill bit of a pee take going 40 mile on it just my opinion, at least help with the cost of going to lift it with a wagon that seems fair doesn’t it?
I know you say you were intending to buy it if it was suitable but way to many take the Micky and demo stuff they have no intention of ever buying
Well if the lorry to lift it had to go 40 miles instead of 4 it’s a fair differenceIf they left it there for 4 days they must have expected him to use it, what’s the difference in doing 10 loads 4 miles away or 1 load 40 miles away.
Ha ha very true . I’ll bare that in mind.it could be even cheaper using someone else's tractor
Demo is a demo . I was offered straw on a farm we graze on , there was tractor on the farm that I was interested in buying, so I don’t see what’s wrong with using it.Doesn't seem to be a lot cheaper atm does it.

Most probably we would have .If the claas didn’t break down would you have bought it?
Yes but 40 miles is pushing it a bit .Poor tyres .So a demo is not regarded as a free trial? It ended up being a 40 mile one way trip .
Would 8 loads of straw from 5 miles away been more acceptable?Yes but 40 miles is pushing it a bit .Poor tyres .
