100-120 hp ish tractor, which one?

What height is your restriction?
fir a tractor packing a punch, TH Kub M6-121 utility (used to be a MGX 115) is 123 ponies, but an 8 speed p’shift, proper pocket rocket, and very nimble, they are on 38’s though, but run the 6.1 let engine.
There is a couple of smaller in the same range, the 6-111 utility is the same trans but running a 4 let engine, well worth a look for you!

Thinking of changing our JD 6110se tractor. Can't be much bigger in size due to it been on the straw chopper throughout winter and our sheds aren't the biggest! Were an upland beef and sheep farm so during the summer will be needed to do reseeding, fertilising, lugging bales/silage etc. Have a loadall and a JD 6115m on the loader as well as our main tractor, but that's too big really around the sheds?
Not fussed on make JD, Massey, NH, Kubota all have dealers nearby! Ideally something small with a bit of poke about it. What are people's thoughts on what to get? Not heard very good reviews on the 5 series JD🤷‍♂️
Thanks
Hello, Good Morning, etc, etc, etc, . Are you looking at brand new or good S/h . You might get more replies if you give a bit more feedback to the replies/questions you receive...

So the utility is an mgx with tier 5…basically my, so that is manual range shift, the full fat m6 is a robotised sh!t like the m7 or perhaps like a NH Tm…the m6 is a lovely tractor to drive to be fair!!

Is the robotised shift jumpy? Wev a 135 and its a good tractor but the extra weight and the extra lift capacity would come in very useful

Honestly, had one in yesterday, doing a mod on, it’s very very good…4 speed pto, cab suspension , adjustable shuttle, totally different tractor to a mgx !!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

No probs, I’d say they are alright…I’d have to ask some customers for some figures….it’s a big lump the 6.1 l, but is very kind on ad blue,
Most of the kvt’s
We have out are 172/3’s, we do have a 132 out and performs very well, but the kvt’s will run at lower revs, you can obviously adjust how much she revs up on the kvt (droop) as most other makes,
The power shifts 20 road speed at about 2200.
The m6 has a road gear, eco mode, where it drops the Rex’s well down the teens of revs, but if your hauling , you’d want to keep her in 7th….

Thatl be a big advantage not having to be flat out to reach 40k as in the mgx

2 pages and no one has said Valtra yet!
Valtra N or G and Claas 400 series would be my first go to tractors.

The problem with putting 34s on a tractor with 38s is your pick up hitch then not having enough lifting range.

Kubota in my opinion needs a cab redesign at the moment I think they are charging too much for what you get currently.
