Still charged at £70 hr .We have had fuel filters the wrong way around .Seals missing . Things not tightened up !All done by apprentice.i hope! The problem here is kids on apprenticeships are sent out from the dealerships to service replace parts. I know they got to learn but you don,t want them learning on your kit, !especially when your paying a small fortune for the privilege.
Wouldn't be a problem greasing them more regularly. Nobody has told us that lack of grease was cause of this one failing. Or said they should be greased at 50 hours instead of 600.
To be hoped there more helpful than Jcb areThe rear axle casting cracked and broke out.
Not sure if the axle casting was faulty or the bearing had failed and broken it out.
The NH dealer had serviced it a few weeks previously. The service interval for that bearing is 600 hours.
I feel it was either a faulty bearing or casting. Be interesting to hear what CNH think caused it.
Hopefully they will be very helpful in this case.

Mf 7600 just have a plug on underside of axle you’ve to take out and screw a grease nipple inYes. The grease nipples on top of axle.
I noticed on the tractor the dealer lent us when ours was being repaired theres now a metal pipe to make greasing it easier.
Had a nice scratch on my bonnet as well, that was the 1st free service. I did,t invite them them back for the 2nd.Still charged at £70 hr .We have had fuel filters the wrong way around .Seals missing . Things not tightened up !All done by apprentice.i hope!
mxm 140, 1shot every 50hrs. no problems.Lost count of how many new Holland’s our company has owned.
all tractors have the bell housing greased every 50 hours.

Never had an issue with blowing seals.

Strange. Ours is rhs too.The extension pipe for a grease gun screws in perfectly. Drill a hole on the air brake cover and find a female/female adaptor and the male nipple will screw straight in. We had an axle bearing go on a 260. The advice from the dealer was to ignore the book at give it a pump, now and again. They guessed it would be the right hand one before we told them....
The new T7's have grease pipes onto the grease points already, so very easy to give a grease without having to work your way around the airbrake dryer/filter etc like you have to with the old T6's. My T6 I only greased at 600hr or whatever the service interval was and not had any issues (he says....!)The extension pipe for a grease gun screws in perfectly.
