Krone was another 1k on top of Claas move, and Kuhn is £600 cheaper than Claas move. Was speaking to well known local contractor who had the krone float on demo for 3 days and no matter what they did it wouldn’t make a job of cutting neither. Part of me just wants to go with the Claas 3200fc push mower but just worried it won’t cope with ground too well. I’m not really that knowey , not flat but hilly type ground .
You might think you are pushing it but actualely you are pulling it .

the main frame goes over the top therefore pulling it.

What size tractor and does the rear make the linkage twist much?
On a Nh 210 drives at her leisure ,have a valve on assister ram on right hand side which I shut when height is determined this help’s prevent twisting on linkage as ram is locked and also prevents oil flowing to other ram exacerbating the problem and causing more twisting Force . May not have been necessary as class mowers not the weightiest but done as a precautionary measure also done on hedgecutter tractor as this helps firm everything . Doesn’t cost much and easily fitted DIY 👍
